Are you Irish?
No, we are American. Culture and nationality often go hand in hand, depending on the country, but are not the rule. Our culture is informed by, inspired by and owes it's birth to that of pre-Norman Ireland. However, you do not need to be Irish (someone who lives in, or was born in, Ireland) to be Sinnsreachd any more than you have to be Israeli in order to be a Jew. Sinnsreachd is about dedication to the culture, not a particular nationality.

How do I join your group?
We are not actively seeking new members.

Are you druids?
Ha ha, no. Dáire has had some direct experience with modern druid groups, but no we are not druids. That said, as our children grow we may eventually have draoi among our number. At least one of our children shows a great deal of promise as a seer.

Are you really trying to bring back the Iron Age?
Not at all. There are many, many aspects of the modern age that are beneficial such as technology, science, medicine, etc. We embrace an older cultural and social order, but we do so fully in the present day.
